Please be advised that on May 28, 1997 our office received notice of local action on the
coastal development permit described below:
Local Permit #: CDP 96-05
Applicant(s): John Jensen
Description: Construction of a beach access stairway from the top of a coastal
bluff to the beach, traversing a privately owned residential parcel.
Location: West Side Of Carlsbad Blvd. Between Cerezo Drive And Shore Drive,
Carlsbad - Meilo li (San Diego County)
Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end
of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on June 11, 1997.
Our office will notify you if an appeal is filed.
