REVISIONS TO CDP 96-10 NORTH BATIQUITOS SEWAGE FORCE MAIN
Planning Commission Resolution No. 4149:
1. Condition No. 3 - Revise as follows: Prior to the commencement of project construction,
the Batiquitos Lagoon wetlands and the coastal sage scrub habitat located adjacent to
the project construction corridor shall be staked and flagged in the field by a qualified
biologist to prohibit project encroachment.
2. Add new condition No. 6 as follows: The effective date of this Coastal Development
Permit shall be after the Coastal Commission appeal period has been exercised.
3. Add new condition No. 7 as follows: During project trenching operations, spoils
shall be placed on the uphill side of the trench and adequately controlled to ensure
that no encroachment of said spoils into the Batiquitos wetlands or lagoon occurs.
