SUBJECT: SDP 96-14KDP 96-16 PAVING OF FUTURE PARKING EXPANSION
AREA LEGOLAND CALIFORNIA
Dear Richard,
The questions you raised in your June 12, 1998 letter to Bob Wojcik, Joe Federico, and myself
have been reviewed by the three of us as well as Larry Black. The following is a response to the
issues raised.
l The Engineering Department staff has determined that no additional bonding or inspection
fees are required for paving of the parking expansion area.
l The additional trees required to comply with the ratio of one tree per four parking spaces
requires the submittal of a landscape and irrigation plan construction change application for
review by the City’s Landscape Plancheck Consultant.
l The lighting proposed for the parking expansion area requires the submittal to the Building
Department of an application and plans for a building permit.
Should you have any questions concerning the decisions made by city staff on these items related
to the improvement of the parking expansion area please contact me at 43 8- 116 1, extension
4446.
