SAMBI SEASIDE HEIGHTS SDP 92-06(B) As we discussed on the phone the other day, we have received several requests from our buyers for rear yard decks. In order to meet that demand, we have designed an optional deck which buyers may choose at time of purchase. Our design department has prepared a revision to the conceptual drawings which depict the decks on the elevations. The details are as shown below: PLAN 1 2 3 DIMENSIONS 10' x 10' 10'8"x 10' 10' x 10' SQUARE FOOTAGE 100sf 107sf 100sf Please see the enclosed elevations for clarification. They decks will be constructed of Douglas and Hem fir, and will be painted to match the trim of the residence. They would be added to the architectural working drawings in the "delta 3" revision, to be reviewed and approved by the Building Department. As for the plot plans, our engineer is currently reviewing the plans to determine which lots could accommodate a deck, and will prepare a revision to be submitted for plan check though the City.
