Dear Chris:
Enclosed please find a redlined set of fence plans which we discussed the other day. Several
homeowner's have expressed a concern with open access to the common area slopes located to
the rear of their lot. In order to address that concern, we would like to install fencing at either
end of the common area corridor slopes. The material would be 5 foot high tubular steel to
match the existing fencing used in the tract. The fences would limit slope access to homeowner
association representatives and designated maintenance personnel. The fences would be placed
on lots 57, 67, 79, 89, 101, and 111. These redlines are depicted on sheets 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Per the request of the purchaser of lot 111, we would also propose to install 12" tubular steel
along the top of the existing 5 foot wall on the side of the lot. This would bring the overall
height of the wall to 6 feet. The redline and section is shown on sheet 10.
In the event these additions are acceptable, we would revise the plans, and add a standard gate
detail for tubular steel. Please let me know if you find these modifications acceptable, and we
will revise the drawings and submit them for plan check and approval. If you have any
