Pursuant to your request, Pacific Soils Engineering, Inc.'s (PSE's) has reviewed the
undated plot plans (sheets 1 through 9 of 9) prepared by Burkett and Wong for lots 37
through 111, inclusive, and lots 120 through 137, inclusive, Sambi Seaside Heights, CT
92-02, in the City of Carlsbad, California.
From a geotechnical viewpoint, the plot plans have incorporated the recommendations
in the referenced reports and adequately address: 1) the need for deepened footings
adjacent to side yard swales; and 2) the need for P.V.C. storm drains on lots with nar-
row side yards.
