Dear Chris:
Enclosed please find the revised submittal for the site development plan application for lots 37-
111 and 120-137 of tract 92-02. The submittal includes the following:
1. Ten sets of folded site plans and building plans
2. One set reduced site plans and building plans
3. Noticing Package for SDP and CDP with certification
4. Plot plan review letter from soils engineer
5. Check in the amount of $ 15.04 for postage
The plans have been revised in accordance with the comments forwarded to me on February 26,
1997. I understand that we are scheduled for the Planning Commission hearing of April 16,
1997.
