LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone at: the Northwest corner of the intersection of Jefferson Street and Chinquapin Avenue within Local Facilities Management Zone 1. ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER: 206-04 l-20 APPLICANT: Jan Kalicki 3490 Highland Drive Carlsbad, CA 92008 A public hearing on the above proposed project will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California. on July 1, 1998 at 6:00 p.m. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after June 25, 1998. Site Development Plan, and Coastal Development Permit, if approved, is established by state law and/or city ordinance, and is very short. If you challenge the Tentative Tract Map. Site Development Plan. and Coastal Development Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad prior to the public hearing. 1. Appeals to the Citv Council: Where the decision is appealable to the City Council, appeals must be filed in writing within ten (10) calendar days after a decision by the Planning Commission. 2.
