SUBJECT: CDP 97-12 - WALSH RESIDENCE-WITHDRAWAL LETTER
The above referenced application has been on file for over six months (April 25,
1997 to Jani/ary 30, 1998). Notification was given on June 5, 1997 that the
application was complete and the project had to be considered by the Planning
Commission within six months (by December 5, 1997) consistent with State law.
You requested, and the City granted on October 22, 1997, a three month extension
from the December 5 date so that the project had to be before the Planning
Commission by March 5, 1998.
As of this date, staff has not received any submittals or other indications that the
pending coastal development permit is ready to proceed, and no time is left to
prepare an item for the March 4 Planning Commission date. Therefore, the City
Planning Department does hereby withdraw your application since the one time
three month extension has already been granted and exhausted.
Please note that City processing fees will be increasing after February 13, 1998.
