The Planning Department has reviewed your Coastal Development Permit, application no. CDP 97- 13, as to its completeness for processing. The application is complete, as submitted. Although the initial processing of your application may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this communication. The City may, in the course of processing the application, request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise, supplement the basic information required for the application. In addition, you should also be aware that various design issues may exist. These issues must be addressed before this application can be scheduled for a hearing. The Planning Department will begin processing your application as of the date of this communication. Show and dimension the 8 foot side yard setback on the site plan on all exhibits. One of the submitted site plans shows this setback as 7 feet. 2. On the site plan as well as the building elevation exhibits, please note the dimension of 10 feet for the breezeway separating the main house and the garage. 3. Indicate the height of the existing retaining wall as noted on the site plan.
