The KOOP residence grading plan (DWG. 351-1A) can be
released by the Planning Department on June 30 since the
City appeal period associated with CDP 97-13 will be over.
I have released 351-1A on the computer with the approval
date of June 30. The mylar has been signed by me and dated
June 30 and will be given to Planning Director on June 30
for signature by Val. This should complete Planning's
release of the grading permit for the Koop's on 6/30.
