RE: CDP 97 - 22, CAMPBELL RESIDENCE
We have completed our review of the Coastal Development Permit identified
above. We can support this permit based upon the plan submitted PROVIDED
THAT THE PLAN IS MODIFIED TO REMOVE ALL ENCROACHMENT INTO
THE 30’ UTlLLlTY EASEMENT. The existing easement is full of utillities and
the proposed encroachment cannot be permitted.
