This proposed development is located within the Coastal Zone at 2701 Ocean Street.
The Assessor’s Parcel Number is APN 203-140-38 according to the City of Carlsbad Zoning
Ordinance, no formal public hearing is required on this application. This application will be
processed as an Administrative Coastal Development Permit. The Planning Director will decide
on this application no sooner than 15 days aAer date of public notice.
