Project Title: Carlsbad Ranch Lots 11 & 14 Project Lo cation : East side of Fleet Street north of Palomar Airport within Planning Area 2 of the Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan Project Description: A Site Development Plan and Coastal Development Permit for two three-story multi-tenant office buildings containing 61,964 square feet each for a total building area of 123,928 square feet with at grade parking spaces on 7.38 acres. Justification for this determination is on file in the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009. Comments from the public are invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning Department within 20 days of date of publication.
