Your application for a Coastal Development Permit is being reviewed by the Community
Development Department. For consistency with the La Costa Downs Specific Plan, I request
that additional pop-out surrounds be included at the windows on the second story rear elevation
and the two master bedroom windows over the garage. I also request that the base treatment
included at the garage be continued along the living room frontage.
With these additions, I will schedule your permit for hearing by the Planning Commission at the
earliest available date. Currently, the next available hearing date is September 17, 1997.
