Project Title: NAI Headquarters Project Location: East side of Armada Drive north of Palomar Airport Road within Planning Area 2 of the Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan Project Description: A Site Development Plan and Coastal Development Permit for an 82,000 square foot building containing space for office, manufacturing and warehouse uses with at grade parking spaces on 5.09 acres. Justification for this determination is on file in the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009. Comments from the public are invited. Please submit comments in writing to the Planning Department within 20 days of date of publication.
