Re: Temporary Accessory Structure 2499 Jefferson
The owner wrote me a note acknowledging that the temporary building will be removed prior to
completion of the remodel. Please make sure Planning is comfortable with this arrangement, and do
not issue the permit to finish construction of this building, until they come into plan check on the RAD.
Also, make sure when they come into plan check on the RAD, the temporary building is shown on the
site plamnd it is noted on the site plan that it will be removed from the site completely prior to final
inspection. I want to be sure we condition the RAD permit accordingly. Thanks.
