Also, thank you for clarifLing my concerns that a counter person may reject our request for a building permit during the winter season. As you indicated, the planning clearance for the building permit will be referred to you as project planner and that we can apply and receive a building permit as long as the erosion control measures are satisfied and the grading permit portion of the project will be issued after the rainy season.
