What foflows is a 'list of areas that I feel need to be reviewed1 in light of my
desire to build a single Mly home on this legal lot which &onts on the
Pacific Ocean in the City of Carlsbad. The home contain le& than 5,000 sq.
ft. and would be under the height limit allowed by the City +d within all of
the setbacks prescribed. There would be no variances requedted to
established statutes. I have listed all the issues that have co& to my
attentiori and I realize that certain issues might be specific toione agency
and not the other. In an attempt to be sure that I uncover all keas of
regulatory concern ad jurisdiction, I have combined by conhems into one
letter.
I would prefer to meet in person to go through this list but rebize that in
order to have a productive meeting you will need to have so$e advance
notice of my conc&s. Further, I request that you make any: notes or
suggestions regarding areas that I might not have covered in this letter.
