Signed time limit slip.
Environmental Impact assessment form - Part 1.
Original notarized Public Facilities agreement plus 1 Copy.
Copy of letter to Bob Wojcik/Approved for drainage options.
Letter from the City of Carlsbad (Bob Wojcik) accepting a 25' blbff top setback for
the main structure.
