LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone on the west side of Melodia terrace. ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 2 15-644- 12 APPLICANT: Richmond American Homes No formal public hearing is required for this application because (1) the proposed development costs $60,000 or less; (2) no other discretionary approvals are required; and (3) there will be no adverse impacts on coastal resources or public access to the shoreline or coast. The Planninp Director will determine this aDplication fifteen (15) working davs after the date of this notice if no Dublic hearinp is reauested.
