Descri ption/Explanation : The proposed Lohf Property project is a residential subdivision on two existing parcels totaling 36.67 acres in size, located in Growth Management Zone 21. The project includes a Tentative Map for 76 detached, single family lots (minimum 7,500 square feet) with 7 open space lots and related Hillside Development and ' Coastal Development Permit applications. The project preserves dual criteria slopes and sensitive habitat area and sets such areas aside in proposed open space lot areas. A Zone Change and associated Local Coastal Program Amendment is requested to change the existing zoning from Limited Control (L-C) to Single Family Residential (R-1-7500), consistent with the underlying general plan and certified LCP.
