LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone at: west side of Ambrosia Lane, between Cormorant Avenue and Calliandra Drive in Local Facilities Management Zone 19. P. 2835 Camino De1 Rio South, Suite 220 San Diego, CA 92108 A public hearing on the above proposed project will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carisbad, California, on May 6, 1998 at 6:00 p.m. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after April 30, 1998. Appeals to the Citv Council: Where the decision is appealable to the City Council, appeals must be filed in writing within ten (10) calendar days after a decision by the Planning Commission. 2. Coastal Commission Appealable Project: 0 This site is located within the Coastal Zone Appealable Area. -W This site is not located within the Coastal Zone Appealable Area. Where the decision is appealable to the Coastal Commission, appeals must be filed with the Coastal Commission within ten (10) working days after the Coastal Commission has received a Notice of Final Action from the City of Carlsbad. Applicants will be notified by the Coastal Commission of the date that their appeal period will conclude.
