Please note the following correction to Planning Commission Resolution No. 42 10 by the addition of the word “by” to line 9 on page 1 to read as follows, “. . .City of Carlsbad regarding property owned by Homer and Nina Eaton, “Owner”, described as.. .”. 2. Please note the addition of a new, custom condition, Condition No. 5, to read as follows, “Prior to the issuance of any building permits, or prior to March 1,1998, whichever occurs first, an on-site inspection shall be made by Planning and Building Department staff to ensure compliance with the stringline setback requirement for structures, walls and fences over 30 inches in height.
