ERRATA SHEET FOR CDP 97-42 - EATON RESIDENCE
1. Please note the following correction to Planning Commission Resolution No. 42 10 by the
addition of the word “by” to line 9 on page 1 to read as follows, “. . .City of Carlsbad
regarding property owned by Homer and Nina Eaton, “Owner”, described as.. .”.
2. Please note the addition of a new, custom condition, Condition No. 5, to read as follows,
“Prior to the issuance of any building permits, or prior to March 1,1998, whichever
occurs first, an on-site inspection shall be made by Planning and Building
Department staff to ensure compliance with the stringline setback requirement for
structures, walls and fences over 30 inches in height. In addition, the building
permit set of plans shall accurately reflect the presence and length of the “existing”
five foot high block walls located on the side property lines.”
