I am requesting a Negative Declaration and a Minor Coastal Permit for the
above referenced project.
I believe that all environmental issues concerning this project have been
reviewed and addressed under the guide lines of the existing EIR. More
specifically known as “EIR 94-01, Carlsbad Ranch Specific Plan Amendment,
Final Program EIR, City of Carlsbad, 1995.”

Complete structure materials assembly. $14,000.00
Structure assembly manufactured to meet or exceed required
specifications of exposure “B loading according to UBC.
(See attachment, “Conley’s North, dated 23 October, 1996.”
This quote shows lexan panel glazing. This will be changed
to an approved class “A” metal sheeting product.)
Labor for structures. $5,200.00
Labor cost to include the following: Foundation excavation and
pour, erect all components of frame system, attach new structure
to existing structure, remove lexan glazing and replace with class
“A” metal sheeting, perform all retrofit requirements on existing
structure, glaze new structure and complete all building exterior.

Paving to be 3" thick laid on existing native base. An area of
10,150 SQ. FT as per plan detail, requiring 102 tons of
material at a cost of $32.50 per ton installed.
Stripping of parking area.
33 spaces as per plan detail at a cost of $2.50 per space.
Parking stops.
33 parking stops at a cost of $22.00 each installed.
HD parking signage.
Concrete slab in new structure.
2000 SQ. FT of finished slab, (see attachment, materials
and cost from existing structure "Escondido Ready Mix")
Sewer connection.
6" sewer lateral connection completed by the CMWD.
Sewer connection from street to fixtures.
Sewer connection from street to fixtures. 250 lineal feet
at a cost of $12.25 per foot.
