Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each.
In conformance with the Brown Act, no action can occur on items presented during Public Comment.

TION - Request by the City's Public Works Division for
approval of a Coastal Development Permit Amendment to
modify one existing condition of approval to extend the
required completion date from May 3 1 to July 3, 1998, for
the reconstruction of two existing beach access locations
within the City's Coastal Zone, within the Coastal Com-
mission Appeal area, located at the northern terminus of
Ocean Street and at Cherry Avenue within Local Facilities
Management Zone 1.

SUP 98-04 - BRISTOL COVE MAINTENANCE RESO: 4280
DREDGING PROJECT - Request for approval of a
Floodplain Special Use Permit to allow the maintenance
dredging of approximately 20,000 cubic yards of accumu-
lated silts from the existing Bristol Cove boat channel and
the repair of the existing deteriorating rip-rap shoreline
and dock piles located south of the intersection of Park
Drive and Cove Drive in the Coastal Zone and Local Fa-
cilities Management Zone 1.

TER - Request for approval of a Mitigated Negative Dec-
laration. Hillside Development Permit and Coastal Devel-
opment Permit in conjunction with an administrative
Planned Industrial Permit to allow grading to accommo-
date a 179,621 square foot office and distribution facility
on a 16.1 1 acre lot in the P-M Zone and Local Facilities
Management Zone 5.
