LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located at the northeast comer of Aviara Parkway and Black Rail Road, in Local Facilities Management Zone 19. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after March 11, 1999. If you challenge the Master Plan Amendment, Local Coastal Program Amendment, Tentative Tract Map, Planned Unit Development and Coastal Development Permit in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad prior to the public hearing. 1. Auueals to the City Council: Where the decision is appealable to the City Council, appeals must be filed in writing within ten (10) calendar days after a decision by the Planning Commission. 2.
