The time within which judicial review of this decision musk be sought is governed by Code of Civil Procedures. Section 1094.6. which has been mode applicable in the City o$Corlsbod by Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 16. Any peiition or other paper seeking judicial review must be filed in the appropriate court not later than lriaety (90) days following the dote on which this decision becomes final; however, If within ten (10) days after fhe decision becomes final a request for the record of rhe proceedings accompanied by the required deposit in an amount suJicient IO cover the estimated cost ofpreparation of such a record, the time within which such
peritiorr nmoy be filed in court is extended to uot later that1 thirty (30) days following the date on which the record is either personally delivered or mailed to the party, or his attorney of record, if he has one.
