SUBJECT: SDP 97-25/CDP 97-52 KELLY CORPORATE CENTER - COMPLIANCE WITH
PALOMAR AIRPORT C.L.U.P.
Site Development Plan number 97-25 for the proposed Kelly Corporate Center is enclosed
for your review. This project proposes four two story office buildings totaling 250,093
square feet and is approximately 31.37 acres in size. The project falls inside the 65 CNEL
noise contour with an area in the northeast corner located within the 70 CNEL noise
contour within the Palomar Airport influence area. From the available mappinq it appears
that the DrODOSed structures are located outside the 70 CNEL noise contour. Please let me
know if vou concur. The project is located on the south side of Palomar Airport Road and
extends from an area west of Hidden Valley Road on the west to Aviara Parkway on the
east and is 3,500 feet southwest of the Airport.
Your written comments concerning the project’s conformance with Palomar Airport’s
Comprehensive Land Use Plan, along with other factors that would assure compatibility
with airport operations, are appreciated. It would be helpful if comments are received by
April 16, 1999.
