Lawhead California Department of Fish and Game Environmental Services Division Natural Communities Conservation Planning 4949 Viewridge Avenue -- San Diego, CA 92 123 SUBJECT: SDP 97-25/CDP 97-52 - KELLY CORPORATE CENTER Dear David: Enclosed is a copy of the Mitigated Negative Declaration, Environmental Impact Assessment, and Biological Studies prepared for the Kelly Corporate Center Project located on the south side of Palomar Airport Road extending from an area west of Hidden Valley Road on the west to Aviara Parkway on the east. The site location is depicted on the enclosed exhibit. The document begins its 20 day public review in accordance with CEQA Guidelines on May 2 1, 1999. The project plans and biological studies are provided for your reference. The project is a proposal to construct four two-story multi-tenant office buildings with a total area of 250,093 square feet on 25.28 acres. Please forward to me any comments you may have regarding the project’s impacts and proposed mitigation measures for which you are a responsible agency under CEQA.
