HomeMy WebLinkAboutCDP 97-58A; Carlsbad Park Estates; Coastal Development Permit (CDP) (32)CaLsbad Estates LZC 110 Juniper St. San Diego, CA July 26,1999 92101 (619) 702-2042 Fax (619) 702-5154 HAND DELIVERED Ms. Anne Hysong Associate Planner City of Carlsbad Planning Department 2075 Las Palmas Drive Carlsbad, CA 92009 Re: CDP 97-58(A) May Subdivision Dear Ms. Hysong: As a follow up to our meeting of June 17 we are resubmitting to you herewith- the following exhibits: Minor Amendment Application Site Plan with lot numbers and lot dimensions Dimensioned garage floor plan and building elevations for Model 1 (on originally submitted plans pages A1-13 & 14) Amended plan reflecting requested change in location of affordable housing units for Lots 7 & 8 Plot plan exhibit listing lot number, plan number/elevations and color scheme for each of the 14 lots Color renderings of all plans and elevations Color rendering of Affordable Housing Unit (Plan 21”Granny Flat”) Color renderings of streetscape along Monroe Street (Lots 11 - 13) Expanded color boards with all color schemes. I believe all other issues have been resolved. Should this be the case we would respectfully request that you proceed with the scheduling of the public hearing process at your earliest convenience. We would also request, if at all possible and assuming our package is complete, that our hearing be prior to September 13. At this point should you have any further questions, desire more information, or want to schedule a pre-hearing conference, please call. As an aside, we did review, over the phone, the proposed affordable housing change with Ms. Fountain and Mr. Ruiz and were told that the change would not be a problem and would not “trigger” any changes in any existing documentation.
