Dear Ms. Hysong:
Per your written instructions dated September 3, 1999 we submit the following a week before the deadline of SeDtember 27. 1999 to allow you time to review our submittal and to let us know if we need to make any additions, corrections, or changes to the package.
1. 15 copies of the site plans, landscape plans, building elevation plans (floor
plans) on 24” x 36” sheets of paper, stapled in complete sets folded into 8
112” x 11” size.

One 8 112” x 11” copy of your reduced site plan, building elevations and floor plans.
A colored exhibit of the site pladlandscape plan for display at the Planning Commission public hearing (not mounted).
@) New legal description for each single family lot.
2. (A) 600’ Owners List.
(B) 100’ Occupant List.
(C) Two separate sets of mailing labels for the above.
As mentioned above we are submitting our package a week early for your review and
comment. Please give me a call as soon as it is convenient to let me know if our package
is complete.
