Enclosed please find a new Floor Plan and Front Elevation for Lot IO (comer
of Park and Monroe) of the Park Terrace Project for Palmtag Davis
Communities for your review.
We have narrowed the house to 55-0" wide to allow a 5-0" wide passage
way at the top of the slope on Park Street. The new plan is one-story and
approximately 2720 square feet with a side loaded garage (like the balance
of the project).
Laret Engineering will be forwarding a revised site plan to you via fax as well.
