As you know we have submitted and received verbal approval for our LANDSCAPE CONCERT PLAN for the subdivision, including all slopes. We are in the process, based on verbal approval, of completing the detailed planting and irrigation plans for plan check. However as we await the completion of this process we would like confirmation that the interim steps we are taking on site are acceptable to the City. I have discussed this matter with the inspector, Mr. McMahan and was instructed to do the matting process. We are proceeding even though the slopes are not quite “brought to grade” in all cases. At this point we would like to start the installation of the final work, but until the working plans are signed off would like written directions as to what additional interim steps the City would like us to take. With this in mind could you give me a call to discuss our request? Thank you. Sincerely, b A. Hysong/PIanning -4 J. McMahan/Inspection Hp: bgt
