Is City council aware tllat the grading plan (elevation of the dirt) destroying the intcgnty of our neighborhood? Somc areas arc six nearly 10 feet above the corner of Park and Monroe Strccts. In s Ius been added on top of the existmg grade All of this to proVi at the expense of our neighborhood 2. When were residents made aware of, or given a chance to comment on the grading plan? - (1 /2..cB-ce-4&- L 3. Isn't it possible for the lots along Monroe Street to slope to the rear and drain through a culverl to Park Street? 4. Why are the lots allowed to be padded up from the high point (left side)along Monroe Street instead of the low point (right side)'? Monroe slopes downward from left to right. The homes on the south west side of the 3800 and 4000 blocks are all lower than the street. . 5. Did the developer mislead the cih council on the grachng plans and how they would affect the residents living on Monroe and Park Streets? 6.
