Pursuant to our numerous phone conversations, my understanding is that our architect, Roy
Btackford, submitted the necessary plans and permits required to obtain a permit for this project.
For the record, it should be noted that I hired a California licensed contractor (#60197), Michael
Streeter, who stated he checked with the City of Carlsbad and indicated he did not need a permit
to install the decking.
Recently I had a survey done on this property' and was told that there had never been a recorded
survey on these parcels. Enclosed a copy for your review.
Anything you could do, on my behalf, to expedite getting this permit, would be greatly
appreciated. If you should need anything further, or is this does not satisfy the City of Carlsbad,
