LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located within Planning Area 3 of the Green Valley Master Plan on the west side of El Camino Real between La Costa Avenue and Calle Barcelona, within Local Facilities Management Zone 23. ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER: 216-122-24 APPLICANT: Continuing Life Communities, LLC 800 Morningside Drive Fullerton, CA 92835 A public hearing on the above proposed project will be held by the Planning Commission in the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, California, on January 6, 1999 at 6:00 p.m. Persons are cordially invited to attend the public hearing and provide the decision makers with any oral or written comments they may have regarding the project. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after December 3 1, 1998.
