Project Description: Replacement of the VistaKarlsbad interceptor gravity sewer pipeline along
Jefferson Street between Las Flows Drive and Oak Avenue and Oak Avenue to the railroad
right-of-way.
This is to advise that the City of Carlsbad has approved the above described project on April 1, 1998, and
has made the following determination regarding the above described project.
I. The project will not have a significant effect on the environment
2. 0 An Environmental Impact report was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions
of CEQA.
IXI A Negative Declaration was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of
CEQA.
0 This project was reviewed previously and a Negative Declaration was prepared pursuant
to the provisions of CEQA.
3. Mitigation measures were not made a condition of the approval of the project.
4. A statement of Overriding Considerations was not adopted for this project.
5. Findings were not made pursuant to the provisions of CEQA.
