PROJECT DESCRIPTION Installation of new and upgraded sewer trunk line through the downtown portion of Carlsbad to the Encina Water Pollution Control Facility. The new pipe sizes will range from 36" pipe in Reach 5 to 60" pipe in Reach 14. The various reaches will be upgraded in phases as demand requires. This is a joint use line with the City of Vista and the cost of upgrading will be shared between the agencies. The included estimate is Carlsbad's share.
