RE: CDP 98-10 /etc.
Barbara;
1 was hoping you could pull together a meeting with the project consultant for the other
seven homes to update any final changes to our plans. As we discussed previously, the
seven month process for coastal review has our lender threatening to deny our extension
since we have shown zero progress on the construction side. We originally figured
breaking ground in late spring. (Our mistake!) Anything you can do to keep us on track
for a tate August or early September Planning Commission date would be sincerely
appreciated.
