RE: CDP 98-10 / etc.
Dear Chris;
We are submitting our final plan for Coastal Commission review today and we would like
to request your assistance on the coordination process. As you are aware, the lots in the
"La Costa Downs" project are all finished with street improvements and are similar in size
and configuration. On our previous submittals we have experienced duplications on plan
check comments due to the changes in planners and outside consultants. We have
incorporated all of the items listed on the previous applications on this current new home
submittal. Also, in anticipation of similar corrections for our application submitted on
67/9/98, we have gone ahead and added the miscellaneous plan check comments to the
plans and have provided 3 new sets of prints. We really need your help to move these last
2 homes through the process to catch the other 7 homes and be submitted for Planning
approval in early September. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
