APPLICANT NAME: Please describe fully the proposed project. Include any details necessary to adequately explain the scope and/or operation of the proposed project. Description/Explanation. The Discover Cove Child Development Center site is located on the east side of Paseo Del Norte approximately 1/4 mile south of Palomar Airport Rd. We will be constructing the Center on the finish graded pad directly behind (west side) the Price Costco loading dock area. Our Center includes a 12,000 square foot building with ten (10) classrooms, food preparation area, staff lounge laundry and janitorial facilities, accounting and reception area and a resource room. Additionally we will be providing a 15,000 square foot outdoor playground area divided into 3 sections for the different age children. Our Center is scheduled to serve children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years old. Our hours of operations will be 6:45 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday.
