RE: Rancho Real CT 90-13
Dear Elaine.
In response to your request, with this landscape submittal we have provided a photocopy
of the previously approved Landscape Concept Plan prepared by others. The copy
reflects only, what we have and is not the best quality. It is highlighted to show the
original trial layout and how our layout deviates in places.
As we discussed on the telephone, we feel by deviating slightly from the original layout,
we can minimize areas where the trail would have a 25% slope as it traverses the
proposed 2:1 manufactured slopes. A trail placed on the major slopes proposed would be
difficult for people to negotiate, would be inaccessible to disabled persons and could
potentially contribute to erosion.
If you have any questions, please call.
