Dear Ms. Sammis,
Thank you for reviewing your plans with us in detail. We are pleased to approve your
plans, subject to the following conditions:
1. No balcony is approved on the lot 23 unit.
2. Your plans call for overhead metal garage doors. All new garage doors in the project
must be wooden roll-up overhead doors, with trim patterns selected to match those in the
project. Windows in the doors are not permitted. You must submit your selections to the
architectural committee for approval prior to purchase and installation.
3. Lot 24: The house is to be located 1.5 feet north of where it is shown on the plan.
4. Both homes must have chimney caps similar to the current units in the project.
5. The units must be finished in one of the four stucco colors with corresponding trim
colors currently in the project. The roof tile must be the same color as the roof tiles
already incorporated in the project. We will provide a list of the color schemes for you.
Your final color scheme selection must be submitted to the architectural committee for
approval.
6. The landscape and hardscape plans for each unit must be submitted to the architectural
committee for approval before landscaping is begun. Trees must be canopy type of height
not exceeding the rooftop height of 25 feet.
