Dear Sirs:
As a resident of Carlsbad Highlands since 1972 it has been my understanding that
this region of Carlsbad is zoned R1 -15000. To permit the proposed buildings to be
built on Sunnyhill drive would seem not to be in keeping with this zoning policy. If
people are permitted to build second houses on their lots, the obvious result will be a
degradation of the property values for this region.
I therefore urge you to reject this application and all future applications that would
permit building additional dwellings on our R1 lots.
