A second dwelling unit implies either a lot split or a "granny shack". I oppose either. There is already one flag lot across the street One is one too many. The ambiance of the neighborhood depends on the large, spacious lots. The size of these lots is what makes the properties so valuable, so sought after. Lot splits and granny shacks can only lower property values. I urge the Planning Commission to reject this request. Sincerely yours, Robert N. Bryan
