COMPLETENESS AND ISSUES REVIEW

Description: Single Family Residence
Assessor Parcel No. 214-022-0822 & 214-022-3200
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project
for application completeness. The application and plans submitted for this proposed
project are currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the
following incomplete items:
1. Please indicate the name of the sewer, water and school districts providing
service to the project.
2. Please bring the site plan up to date by showing the present streets, and
cul-de-sac.
3. Please also clarify which lots this property occupies. The lots listed are wrong.
They should be 8 and 32, not 7 and 13. Check.
4. Please indicate the location of existing storm drains, inlets, sewer cleanouts,
sewer mains, and sewer easements. Please indicate the location of mains.
Utilities cannot be located in the driveway.
5. The line of the drainage swale must be 5' from the building. (Refer to
Standard GS -14). As an alternative, a letter from a registered soils engineer
recommending the swale be less than 5' from the building may be accepted.
6. Please include title report with the completion submission.
