LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad’s Coastal Zone located south of Avenida Encinas between Windrose Circle and I-5 in the P-C zone and Local Facilities Management Zone 9. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after October 14, 1999.
