Dear Mr. Wayne:
Pursuant to our telephone conversation on September 29, Greystone Homes is providing to you the
attached grading operations schedule for the City's review. The schedule assumes grading
activities to commence on October 21, 1999, based on the approval by the Planning Commission
of the amendment to the Local Coastal Plan, on October 20, 1999. In anticipation of this, we
request a pre-construction meeting to be scheduled at 7:30 a.m. on October 21, 1999. As indicated
by the schedule, the grading activities will terminate on Saturday, November 13, allowing for
cleanup and grading equipment removal from the site on November 15,1999.
In order to expedite the grading of the site, Greystone requests approval for Saturday work permits
to be issued prior to the commencement of grading activities. The daily grading operations shall
be from dawn until dusk. Greystone is available to discuss the schedule and any other questions or
concerns the City may have.
Greystone appreciates the efforts that the City has made in assisting us with this process. If you
