SUBJECT: CDP 98-30/HDP 98-06 - BARBOUR RESIDENCE
Dear Mr. Barbour:
The City has completed a review of the landscape plan that was submitted with the
Hillside Development Permit and Coastal Permit application. There are a few items
that need to be addressed on the plan prior to the approval of the project. Please
find attached a red lined landscape plan that indicates what corrections need to be
made. Please make the corrections and resubmit the corrected plans along with the
red lined print. Resubmit the landscape plans together with the corrected grading
and site plans as one complete package.
